YWCA Outstanding Women of 2011
Deborah J. Johnston, RN is among nine recipients of the Outstanding Women Awards for 2011 presented by the YWCA. 

Deborah J. Johnston (right) accepts her award from the YWCA of Richmond.  Ms. Johnston is the founder and CEO of Care Advantage, Inc. and JSRCC Educational Foundation Board Member.  Her book, The School of Heart Knocks, How I Turned One Idea and Many Adversities into a Multi-Million Dollar Business - And So Can You!, shows readers how the universal laws of abundance and prosperity are at work in our lives, even when we may not be aware of them. 

Margaret E. "Lyn" McDermid, senior vice president for Dominion Resources and former Foundation Board President is the 2010 recipient for outstanding women in business. Dr. Pamela J. Royal, founder of Royal Dermatology and Aesthetic Skin Care Inc. and current Foundation Board Member is the 2010 recipient for outstanding women in volunteerism.
